The Rapture

Over and over again, the scripture reveals that we are the living temple of God. Your body is the transfigured body of Christ Jesus – ‘the infinite, immortal body of light, not the physical body that the five senses appropriate that perishes and dies’, but the spiritual body that was never born and will never die. Christ admonishes us, “He that eateth my flesh, and drinketh my blood, dwelleth in me, and I in him.” Indeed, it is this truth that sets you free from mortality as you dwell on it. As you dwell on the truth that Christ the hope of glory is your true self, you open your door to the same spirit that raised Jesus Christ from the dead, and your seeming mortal body immortalizes and spiritualizes here and now, which is your ‘Transfiguration or Rapture.’

Furthermore, the Immortal body of the Lord is that glorious cloud that fills the infinite universe. To realize the glorious cloud, the Christ body and live in it is termed ‘rapture’. Rapture is always happening and is not an activity in the future. Rapture is an activity of God in the eternal now, and in our consciousness of Omnipresence, the Immortal body of God, we are blended into it. In other words, we are lifted into the Immortal body of Christ Jesus as we realize our oneness with our heavenly Father. The same infinite, Immortal body of God is the transfigured body of Christ Jesus, the kingdom of God here and now. two will be in one bed; one will be taken and the other will be left ….

Now when you search the scripture and go through the event of transfiguration where Jesus took James, John, and Peter to the Mount of transfiguration, you will discover a startling truth: The glorious cloud that was suddenly apparent to the three disciples has been the dwelling place of Christ Jesus but they knew it not; they thought that Jesus walked in this world – the world of the five-sense mind. The glorious cloud is the reality behind the veil of our mortality. We can only be lifted into ‘IT’ when the veil of mortality has been rented, by realizing oneness with Christ Jesus, by dying to the without, by accepting ‘IT IS FINISHED’, as Christ grieves at Calvary.

Therefore, what the church has heretofore believed about the rapture is misconstrued. They are yet to understand fully the Christ teaching. Christ is always drawing us out of the darkness of mortal sense into His marvelous Light, into that Immortal Body of Spirit, the cloud of witnesses. As this activity is experienced, rapture has taken place in the life of one. Rapture is our realization of the Immortal Body of God as demonstrated by Christ Jesus on the mount of transfiguration. We are drawn to the glorious Cloud that fills all space and time here and now as we come into oneness with Christ Jesus. The nature of the advancement is from the outer court (flesh and blood consciousness) to the inner court (the living presence behind the veil of our mortality). Transfiguration, the realization of the infinite, Immortal body of Christ Jesus is our demonstration here and now.
